WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT & PRIZE
The winner is announced on Wednesday, February 3, 2027 — here is exactly how it happens:
• Step 1 — Email: the winner receives an email proclaiming them the $1,000 Prag Grant winner, with the date and time of a congratulatory phone call.
• Step 2 — Phone call: on the call, the winner receives the date, time, and place to meet for the official winner photo.
• Step 3 — Prize: the $1,000 is paid via Cash App, Zelle, or cash.
By entering, the winner agrees to be publicly announced by name and business name, and to take part in the winner photo.
OFFICIAL RULES
• Eligibility: U.S. citizens, 18 or older, who are women and/or minority owners of a small business in Washington state.
• Membership: entrants must be active Eventagon.net members (any tier: Standard, Top, or Cerc'le d'OR) at the time of entry and remain active through February 3, 2027.
• Entry period: Saturday, October 10, 2026 through Sunday, January 10, 2027, 11:59 PM Pacific.
• How to enter: complete the entry form below and upload your business plan (PDF, DOC, or DOCX, under 10 MB). No entry fee. One entry per business.
• Judging: a three-person panel (company president, director, marketing manager) scores entries on 3-year vision (40%), grant plan (30%), and business plan viability (30%). Highest score wins; decisions are final.
• Winner notification: by email first, then by phone call, as described above. If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, the prize goes to the next highest-scoring entry.
• Prize: $1,000, paid via Cash App, Zelle, or cash.
• Publicity: by entering, you agree that if you win, Pragmatic World LLC may publicly announce your name, business name, and winner photo.
• Privacy: your business plan is kept strictly confidential. It is used only for judging and is never shared, sold, or published.
• Pragmatic World LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify the grant if circumstances require.
